Shipping policy
Orders are shipped via Courier and include tracking and insurance. Orders can take 1-7 business days, depending on the destination.
It takes 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipping.
In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please email us within three days of the arrival your package for instructions on how to proceed. We ask that you include photos of the damaged items and packaging and keep all contents and packaging for insurance claim purposes.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address, or arrival at the wrong location due to incorrect delivery address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entry, the cost to re-ship the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.
local deliveries will be done within 1-3 days if you are in an apartment building or a gated community, please include your buzzer number. If you have a specific time or date that you would like to have your order delivered please put it in the notes and we will try our best to get it there in time

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns except in the case of error on our part (wrong flavour, size, packaging problems, etc.)
