Refund policy

 

We are unable to process returns or exchanges for purchases made at a store. Please contact that store for your refund or exchange.

Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”

Damages and issues

In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please email us at  within three days of the arrival your package for instructions on how to proceed. We ask that you include photos of the damaged items and packaging and keep all contents and packaging for insurance claim purposes.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address, or arrival at the wrong location due to incorrect delivery address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entry, the cost to re-ship the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.
