How do I use Lemon and Honey Concentrate?
It’s super simple! Just add 1 tablespoons to a cup of hot or cold water, stir, and enjoy. But hey, it’s all about your taste, like it stronger? Add more! Prefer a light touch? Go for less.
What makes the concentrate thick?
Whole lemons! Lemons naturally contain pectin and fibre. The pectin, which is found mostly in the peel and the white pith (the layer just under the peel), is what gives the concentrate its lovely thickness, the pectin acts as a natural gelling agent. That’s why the concentrate has such a rich, velvety texture without any artificial thickeners. It’s all thanks to the magic of lemons.

What flavours do you offer?
We’ve got a little something for everyone! Here’s the lineup:
Original Lemon and Honey (just 2 ingredients)
Ginger (a warm and spicy hug in a mug)
Turmeric with Black Pepper (golden goodness!)
Medley (Ginger, Turmeric, and Cayenne for a bold kick)
We also have Seasonal Flavours that change throughout the year, view our products page for a full list.
Is it just for tea?
Nope! While it’s amazing as a tea, our concentrate is super versatile. You can mix it into sparkling water, drizzle it over yogurt, and add it to salad dressings. It's fantastic for adding a citrusy-sweet twist to recipes. Think chicken marinades, glazes for roasted veggies, or even baked goods like muffins. The possibilities are endless. Check out our recipes page for some great ideas!
How long does it last?
Unopened, it’ll last up to a year in your pantry. Once opened, just pop it in the fridge, and it’ll stay fresh for over 6 months. But let’s be real—it’ll probably disappear long before then!
The "use before 6 months" date on the label is there for your peace of mind, but since lemons and honey are natural preservatives, it can last a lot longer than that. Enjoy!
Why is there sediment and floating pieces in the jar?
That’s totally normal! It’s just the natural pulp from the whole lemons! This pulp has fibre and pectin, which give the tea the warm, cozy hug in a mug! Give it a good stir or shake, and you’re good to go. It’s all part of that wholesome, homemade goodness.
Is it gluten-free?
Yes! All of our concentrates are gluten-free and made with simple, natural ingredients.
Is it Safe for Kids?
Of course! It’s a great way to offer them a warm, soothing drink or a fun citrusy lemonade. Just adjust the amount of concentrate to their taste. (As long as they can enjoy honey they can enjoy our tea!)
