New Stores, New Opportunities
I’m so excited to share that Kettle & Hive has found its way into some incredible new local shops, each with its own charm and focus on supporting Canadian-made goods. Here’s a little about the newest stores you can now find us in:
Flying Dutchman Market, Metchosin: This adorable market is packed with artisan goods and local treasures. I’m so proud to be part of their collection of products. They’re already on their second order of Kettle & Hive, and I’m thrilled to know the community loves having us on their shelves.
Stoked Pizza, Victoria: Not just a place for mouthwatering pizza, but also a hub for supporting local! They’ve curated a selection of locally-made products, and I’m honored to be included. If you stop by for a bite, don’t forget to check out their little shop area.
Garden Works, Multiple Locations Across BC: I’m still pinching myself about this one. You can now find Kettle & Hive in 9 Garden Works stores, including Penticton! This milestone feels like a dream come true as we expand further into the Lower Mainland and Interior BC. These stores not only showcase beautiful plants and gardening supplies but also highlight incredible local products like ours.
Why Local Shops Mean the World
Small, Canadian-owned businesses have always been close to my heart. There’s something so special about stepping into a store that’s carefully curated with love for the community it serves. Local shops like Flying Dutchman Market, Stoked Pizza, and Garden Works don’t just provide a space for products like Kettle & Hive; they’re also a celebration of small businesses supporting one another.
I’ve been so inspired by the other local products I’ve discovered in these shops. From artisan foods to handcrafted home goods, it’s incredible to see the creativity and passion in our community. When you shop local, you’re not just buying a product, you’re supporting someone’s dream, helping families thrive, and contributing to the strength of your own community. It’s small businesses uplifting small businesses, and that’s what makes these partnerships so meaningful.
Dreaming of New Partnerships
While I’m thrilled about the stores we’re already in, I’m always looking for new local shops to connect with. My dream is to find places that share our values of community, sustainability, and quality, places where customers are looking for unique, Canadian-made goods that tell a story.
If you know of any stores like this, whether in the Lower Mainland, the Interior, or even other parts of BC and Canada, I’d love to hear about them! Boutique grocers, gift shops, artisan markets, or anywhere that celebrates local products are exactly the kinds of places I’d love to see Kettle & Hive.
Let’s grow this small business together! Supporting local is at the heart of everything I do, and I’m so grateful for your support as we continue this journey. If you have a recommendation, please reach out or drop a comment, your input means the world to me!
